Two participants are newsanchors in the studio and Colin is covering a breaking news. The catch is that Colin can't see what is behind him despite the green screen. Newsanchors give Colin hints so he can guess what is behind him.

He didn't. If you find the bit after this he comments and laughs that he actually said "it started with a bald joke". I think it's around about 2:40 that Chip gives a clue that you see Colin react to in a "I've just realised what's happening" way.
