I'm not sure what part of the country you're from, but I ask that you not wright off electronic musicianship so hastily. You are still a young whippersnapper not ready to make such bold claims. Anyway, there is a regional trio from the lower Appalacians called Telepath who use Abelton along with live instrumentation. They are a great up and coming band who create an incredible world sound similar to that of Thievery Corporation by utilizing technology in a very unique way. Give it a chance.
