That was a horrible Squaresoft/Enix ending, I agree that the story was great but they should be ashamed of the conclusion... I hope they don't screw up Final Fantasy 13, or Final Fantasy 7: Crisis Core...

what i love about this game is the love story, the playable charactres and the fact that a small boat that seats only 2 people is actually a huge boat in the cg scenes

Alright, explanation to you all; You need to keep in mind, all you Chrono fans, that kid's mean streak was softened by Serge. Without his influence in her life she was, well, free to be herself. lol. And that was the result. Basically, Serge brought out what was kind and good in kid and because she never met or got to know him in this ending, this is what happens.

there are major timeline continuety & plot issues in what you've just said. A. Lynx didn't come into existence until after the fall of Guardia... B. that's the dragon's tear, not the frozen flam (thus the irony in this scene) & just some food for thought: most of the inner community believe it was Dalton who helped Porre.
