Tommy Emmanuel - Classical Gas (Live)
Uploaded by: guitarjjte
Video Description:
Yet another version of Classical Gas by Tommy. Found this on the internet recently. I'm guessing it was filmed early-mid 2002 at Sierra Nevada, Centre Stage.
Great version this, inluding segments of "Walk Don't Run" by The Ventures and "Saturday Night's Alright (For Fighting)" by Elton John.
Enjoy the master at work!

impressive and beautiful.
xx
I didn't think so...
Even the amount of pressure you need to exert on the strings to make a note is different since the electric has thinner strings and employs the use of an amp.
Peace.
Also, you can hook an acoustic up to an amp too, electric/acoustic guitars. Acoustic guitars that have been modified so they can fit into an amp or speaker system. Emanuel is using one in this video.
Yes, I am talking about the gauge of the strings. Acoustic guitars generally employs the use of THICKER strings while electrical guitars generally uses THINNER strings... these differences in the gauge of the strings leads to the differences in the way one can play the instrument (thinner strings means easier bends and pull-offs, less force to hit hammer-ons, and so on)

If you CAN'T remotely tell the difference of the sound acoustic and electric guitars produce, then seems like you're the one who does not know what you're talking about.
If you are learning to play, good luck..Seems like you're going to need it.
Peace.
Stop stating opinion as fact.
An opinion the vast, VAST majority don't agree with. What do yeh want? Some brownie points? Some channel views? The one other guy on YT who shares your opinion to say "Really? Me too!"
Get a life man

he play the guitar with emotion and talent!!
