I've been trying to do the double thumb properly forever, but i can't get such a nice tone. Could anyone help me out. It could be my bass as well, its not the greatest. but pointers would be great, thanks!! :D

its all personal preference, do what feels right for you, personally i turn my thumb in towards the fretboard slightly so that im using more of the nail instead of the knuckle but thats just me, practice enough and you will eventually get it
