i read somewhere that with dreaming of revenge, she's trying to veer away from the "solo instrumental musician" vibe a bit so if you search for it, you'll find that when playing live she's collaborated with a backing band at some shows. and she's played with tegan & sara an foo fighters live. but yes, it doesn't seem like she has a permamanent backing band. but i like it that way though - no overshadowing of her playing and she's free to collaborate.
and she's an amazing drummer too!
