I don't care about the age of Namie or BoA, because you can see it in their Albums, Namie's albums are less "childish" comparing to BoA's, for me 31 years old is not OLD, and then Namie looks like she is 23-25 years old, look at her magazine's scans or her PV.
Sorry but Namie did an album called "Queen of Hip-POP" and yes she is the queen of Hip-pop, her own style, which is rn'b with hip hop and pop. All the video I saw of BoA she dances like a crazy and some of them she is lipsynching.

BoA debuted when she was 13 years old, and Namie with 14 old, it is not all that difference.
It is a lil' bit pathetic some BoA fans who do not know Namie, and some Namie fans who don't know BoA, because both are very similar.
and yes, BoA is more known comparing to Namie in the world, I've seen a lot of [fake fans] of Namie after her PLAY album and her 60s70s80s single, you just don't know Namie to say that she is too old.

I agree with that, BoA is the most known with Utada outside of Japan. I didn't said the oposite. LOL Of course it matter about the sales, you can see when someone is doing a great job and when she is not. Namie produced her PLAY Album and it sold over 540 000 copies, and her new BEST will sell more than that I guess, Avex said they are wating very high sells.

I didn't understand about 60s, I can explain what I said.
Namie is 30 years old, she will be 31 in 20 september. I saw a lot of "fake fans" after her PLAY album and her "new" single* (March 12 2008) which is "60s70s80s" (because she picked the sample of three songs from 1960, 1970 and 1980.) Namie started with 14 years old, and when she did her 19 years old, she did the most mature album of her career.*maybe that's why I hate it lol*

I think some people are only basing their opinions and criticisms on few if not one boa performance Have you seen her valenti concert or her love and honesty or how about best of soul concert
