He isn't stoned. He was just WORN the fuck out from touring so much. Tired of it all. Traveling. On the road. You see that in No Direction Home. "I Need to get me a new Bob Dylan & USE him!" but it's such a great performance. His eyes are how I feel so many times..wow.
