Ain't no dialect. It's "standard german" without an known accent, but the lyrics don't make to much sense. Sounds like they locked out the words in the dictionary. Translation: "Optimize optimism. Destroy what they tell about you. Become a force. They observate you. Come to us!" Kinda senseless ain't it? ^^
