They have. I have seen the newscasts over my lifetime, they demonstrated them for the news media, hooked up meters or emissions devices to prove their claims, said they should be on the market in 2 yrs. This I have seen ranging back to 1975 & the last invention for correcting smog at the carberator 1980s If you reduce emissions at the carb you will increase mileage substantially thats why engineers reduce smog after the carb or injectors so that it does not improve mileage

those claims are BS. if you had a PM device you would not hook it up to a meter to show the news media. You would hook it up to your house and show the media that my electricty is FREE my CAR is FREE. You know that back then the ability to reveal this kind of thing was not easy since everything could be censored. Now that we have the inet that has changed the ruels and now you can dump all of this info especialy knowing that it may cost you your life. Nobody gives proof, they show the prototypes with only claims. All of them say about the same thing as well: a few more years, looking for investors, need more money etc. Nobody releases the designs with the prototypes. You can release designs and prototype machines all over the internet and media in hours, its impossible to stop the information when you release it.

You're right about the evil & it's greater than words could describe... It's been going on in it's present phase since the latter 1890's when a plan was formalised that created the Tunguska experiment using a 4-metre artilary piece to fire a crude uranium shell into a block of enriched uranium & don't jerk me off about technology because they had magnetrons & were well ahaid...
