I'm not sure if this comment was addressed to me, because I didn't make any statements about my own preferences.But I'll still reply. I like weird stuff only if it carries a deep thought. In her case this thought is quite trite and worn out.That's about the lyrics and video. As for the voice, well it's very annoying and minced. So, quick recap: can a woman with an annoying wriggled voice and insane eyes, filming in a B-class video that has a very trite and simple plot be considered a talent?

However, the moment when she was finally shot up was kind of neat. I guess it was a good relieve and the reward after all these weird noices that were tormented my poor ears for the whole 3 minutes. The producer of the video knew what he was doing. And there shall be silence.

For someone who appears to dislike Kate Bush you seem to spend a lot of time trying to articulate your views in a rather long-winded fashion, over a number of her videos. Why? If she so incenses you go and watch other videos. Then your life should be a bit better.
Allow us who appreciate Kate Bush's obvious abilities and talent to enjoy them without your negativity lurking around them.
Incidentally, you should also spell-check before you submit your rants.

Wonderful! Haven't seen or heard that for years. Took me back to the first time I ever heard the song at our bass players house. The whole band sat in silence, smiling. we were blown away. I had tears in my eyes watching this again. It still moves me, as a great peice of pop art and as a treasured memory.

Of course the lyrics by themselves fit with the videoclip (about the theme, which is, war), but the music sounds, as I said, delicate and wistful, like the silent sorrow of a mother who has just lost her son. Thus I didn't think the clip would be that tough. But the more I watch it the more I think this at first sight inappropriate video is actually a great choice.
