well I think that if that's what the people really want, then hell give it to them. people who want to have sex are gonna anyway, so i don't see why disallowing them from marriages would help. i'm not a supporter of incest, and i would strongly reccomend birth control to anyone who did that stuff, but i'm not the kind of guy to say "well it's not natural so it's illegal!" let people make their own choices.
