I am the man with the million dollar smile, a thousand lives and have infected hundreds of men, women and children with HIV. Recently, I have gone global, and no one is safe from my rage and terror. My ultra glamorous lifestyle will lure you into the tangled web known as my world. I am striking and an absolute genius, although most people would think I am a monster. I am so proud of my self that I have documented my entire journey in my little black book, "ALZMEK: The Fictional Memoir of a Tainted life." I will show you how an ordinary man turned himself into an urban legend. How I am the first and only serial killer to ever commit the perfect murder. I am not to blame, my "victims" need to accept responsibility for their own actions, or so I believe. This is my life.
