If you are a beginner you can better take a cheaper model.
I would not risk spending € 4000,- on a keyboard if it turns out that playing keyboard is not your thing.
The cheaper models will also do the trick.
Maybe not as many functions as a Tyros, but it will do.

I see that the tyros is a recent addition ! why not pop into our forum at svpworld com with yamaha tyros and all yamaha keyboards users and join in with us all, post styles, midis tunes, our download a few styles and leave a few comments, listening to your playing Im sure you will love the forum with users from all over the world.

I don't understand why anyone would want a Tyros?!? Get a piano if you can play, a proper MOTIF synthesizer if your into that, or a cheap portable keyboard to mess around on..
Most people get a Tyros if they can't play and need it to play for them.. only good for entertaining 70 year old women for an hour or so.
Sorry, don't mean to be rude but I don't get it.. everyone and everything sounds the same on those things
