Review of Yugoslavia's successful 1992 football team which qualified for the 1992 European Football CHampionships in Sweden. Just before the competition started the team was kicked out due to UN sanctions on Yugoslavia and the team was left wondering what might have been.

za 20 Godina cemo svi biti u prokletoj EU zajednici i necemo smeti ni da pisnemo, niko se nas niti ce stiti niti ce nas pamtiti po necem velikom, jedino sto smo uvek imali i uvek cemo imati su veliki pojedinci, tako kao sto ti pricas, pricaju samo ljudi koji neznaju sta znaci raditi SVI za jednu stvar, mi smo svi gol kurac na biciklu i kao smejemo se jedan drugome a svi smo jadni na svoj nacin ....ali bilo bi i previse jednostavno nesto stvarati, unistiti je brze i jednostavnije ...

Denmark took yugoslavias place, and they won the european championship. that is bit funny.

its realy great to see how much people around the world loved this team,its a shame that uefa did not let this team play the european championship,i am sure they would win it and maybe it would unite the people in yugoslavia

That was a team competent to be World Champion 1994. in USA. But, nazi rabble in UEFA forbid us to play in Sweden 1992. Of course, decomposition of Yugoslavia was German project.

That was a great pass from the austrian player to Savičević hahahah. Sušić proleti kroz Dance kao da su čunjevi. Žalim za ovim fudbalom i ovim vremenima ALI Jugoslavija je i prije ove generacije imala genijalne fudbalere: Džajić, Bogičević, Musemić, Zajec...a nikad nismo ništa osvojili. Razlog je prost, na terenu je uvijek bilo 5-6 velemajstora a malo radilica. Sušić, Prosinečki i Stojković ne mogu igrati u istoj postavi, jer su isti tip igrača. U svakom slučaju, kapa dole ovoj generaciji.

The team that actualy went to Sweden and was then sent home was way different than the team that won the qualification group. Yugoslavia was dead by then and so was the Yugoslavian football team.

Denmark actualy won later in Belgrade.
And from the team that played in Copenhagen very few players went to the EC in Sweden, because they simply were not Yugoslavian anymore. Yugoslavia broke up and FR Yugoslavia which consisted of Serbia and Montenegro was not the same country, so I think it's fair it was not allowed to play.

ko smo mi bili au sta nam uradise ovi iz eu i usa tragedija ko normalan moze da kaze da je sad bolje svi smo jadni i bedni a ove lige to je cirkus kako neko moze da mrzi nekog ljudi moji samo zato sto se moli drugom bogu kojeg nijedni drugi nisu videli meni to sad deluje smesno mirimo se nova juga pa da im jebemo majku evropsku u svim sportovima i u svim drugim oblastima

A very talented and gifted team who may have done wonders for their divided country if they had been allowed to play in the 1992 Euro championships..Red Star had won the Champions Cup with Serbs, Croats, a Macedonian and a Montenegrin (though some people say Montenegrins are ethnic Serbs?) so the national team might have done the same and brought them all together..we will never know..Yugoslavia might have collapsed anyway.a shame they weren't given a chance.

True, but they also lost at home ;). Great team Yogoslavia had though, but the team that arrived in Sweden, was quite different from the one that qualified. Also:In reality, it was FN who decided that Yougoslavia shouldnt participate. A kommercial and cultural embargo. UEFA had no other choice
