The fundamental difference: iPhone is a computing platform for handheld communication. Instinct is just a smart phone. This "ijunk" is causing paradigm shift in the industry even with fixed battery, no cut/paste, no Flash, no MMS, no video record, etc.
What would you say the iPhone should be doing in the first place?
No carrier can guarantee 100% 3G speed because 3G still has limited coverage. It really depends on where you are. This is a wireless network issue with all carriers. All 3G devices are at mercy of this.
After 17 months, I can still get about 5-6 hours of web surfing out of the original iPhone. I've recharged over 400 times. Battery is still reliable.
My phone has 3g service 100 percent of the time and as you know I don't own the iphone.
All phone batterys will need to be replaced at some point and yes iphone owners this does include you and at some point you will need to replace your battery trust me on this.
Lg has been thinking of suing for almost 2 years. What are they waiting for?
