They sounded fantastic! I remember how important this half-time show was to everybody. America emotionally and mentally needed an escape after the horrors of 9/11.

rolling stones are good, but U2 was definetly the best part of the half time show, i just love how much soul and emotion and because of 9/11, this was just what everyone needed

I was on the stage crew for the pregame and half time sow for that superbowl. I got to see the game and this performance from the field. The emotion in the dome that day was unbelievable. Easily the best day of my life so far.
