I like both Amy Lee's and Fiona's versions, but I think Fiona's is slightly better as her voice is depressing and matches Sally's feelings, while Amy Lee's is more innocent.

ROFL people hear Amy Lee's version and think it's better than Fiona's because Amy overacts her voice for the part, because she makes her living performing a style of music for simple minded people. Amy Lee could never reach the level of talent Fiona had when she was 6 years old, and the sad fact is, the majority of people will never appreciate the amazing musical skill that Fiona possesses.

I love the way you've arranged the clips over the instrumental parts of the song. It looks great!
And I love this version of the song. It proves that it doesn't have to be sung in a really high voice to get the message of how sally is feeling across.

Amy's version is better- im sick of everyone bashing Amy and the way she sing- Fiona completely sucked the life of this song, no emotion, no nothing.
Amy Lee's version is more how the song was MEANT to be, hauntingly whimsical, sad, longing,
i never got the whole Fiona Apple craze- the day she hits the notes that Amy does is the day I'll care
