First you need to get the smash ball as Wario ofcourse, and turn into "superwario" (or "garlicwario" as my friends call him xD)... And then while in midair you just tap/spam the attack button (which is A unless you have changed it in settings ofcourse) which will make him "fly"... The way I think it works, is that with every attack he lets out a "small fart" which keeps him in the air, so the more you spam the more you "fly" :D
