Wouldn't partial birth abortion be AFTER "the quickening"? As a matter of fact, some babies survive partial birth abortion. At that time doctors will either smother them or leave them lying there until they die. Obama has always been a strong supporter of this type of abortion, this is a well known fact in Illinois.
