It gets pretty annoying to see all the Megadeth fanboys claiming that Dave (partially) wrote this song. Maybe he did, but you can never be certain of that.

I think its because it has the same rhytym riff as Sweet Home Alabama and they don't want to get into trouble. That's my theory but I'm not sure.
