Latin American Countries do send the best girls the competition every year because in some cases it's a bigger priority. Most of these women come from VERY poor countries and families and this is a way out of poverty. They also gain awareness for their country which helps the economy. The Government even plays a part in promoting their most beautiful women for this platform. However women are just as beautiful all over the world.

You generalized Latin women as being mixed.Not all are mixed.Many come directly of European descent.Which makes them white.Many in Argentina are white.Even though there are some that are mixed, they are still considered white and in Latin America you are white.Don't go by what the rules of the white man in America.Also say you were 30 percent black and rest white, in Latin America that makes you white.
