One of the two bastards is going to win, so we might as well help make it the one who will be easier to expose. That of course would be Obama.
The money masters will control either candidate, and one of the two is going to win. It will not be a third pary candidate.
Obama will inherit an enormous debt, he will try and push globalists ideals (just as McCain would do) and over the next four years we can be rebuilding the GOP and have a winner in 2012 who is a patriot.

Does not the sub-prime mortgage crisis demonstrate how market regulation is needed to prevent such systemic financial problems from occurring? Yes, the Fed failed to prevent it but that does not necessarily mean the Fed should be dismantled.

zardoz: I think he would have done much better had he not been removed from debates. Plus the Republican chairmans who were running the state conventions broke rules or found other tactics to shut down the Ron Paul delegates. It was pretty ugly in some states. If you keep searching on YouTube, you will find it happened in Minnesota, Nevada, San Francisco, Washington, Texas. The Fox News Channel removed him. Many were not allowed to vote either.

MFairbanks: Those who believe in free markets are pointing out that the gov intervention is what CAUSED the sub-prime mortgage crisis in the first place. The banks have "nothing to lose" so to speak because of gov't bailouts. Fannie Mae is gov't subsidized plus the FDIC bails them out. These banks were not making prudent decisions and over invested in high risk mortgage holders. Now THOSE ppl want to be bailed out because they already bailed the banks. It goes on and on.

The Fed, and any government regulation, causes all bubbles. When the Fed debases the currency, or "lowers the rate", this causes malinvestment. When the bubble pops, the market corrects itself as seen in the dropping of real estate values. Homes were being built to cater to investors' speculation and now supply exceeds demand.

The media, the shadow government who controls most presidents, choose who gets elected. They don't give a damn about what the people think. They do what they want, they use fear and intimidation, slight of hand, brain washing, and other methods including chemicals in food to stupify the population. If Ron were to gain real ground, he would need about 1000 good aides surrounding him at all times everywhere he went to try to protect him from assassination. Kennedy, Lincoln etc.
