How might it be possible to relate the fixed and static forms of sacred geometry to the dynamic and evolving forms of modern fractal geometry?
Do sacred and fractal geometry in some way complete each other?
Does one of them subsume the other?
Or is their relation simply one of mutual exclusion?

Hello aporia23,
Truly excellent questions.
The division of the Single Point creates vibration, motion (Radius and Arc). When we confine the distance between Point A and Point B, the Circle is created; When we do not limit the distance between these to points, the unending spiral is created.
And so I see modern fractal geometry as an inseparable aspect of classical Sacred Geometry, simultaneous manifestations of the same unchanging perfections of God Mind.
Warm regards,
Charles

To Aporia 23,
Think of fractal geometry like this.
Take 6 equilateral triangles and put them all together, points facing inwards, now you get a hexagram. Now put 3 more triangles in the three opposite corners of the hexagram, and what do you get, a bigger triangle, now put those bigger triangles together and what do you get? Whether you look at triangle or a stock chart in different time frames, the patterns keep reproducing themselves on a larger scale. As above, so below.
Take care.

I love your work it's beautiful & your good at explaining sacred geometry. I know what you mean,it's a hard thing to explain, for me it is just a knowing within. I'm a artist too & work with spirals, everything I do is spirals. I will definately post your video on my site, sooo when people ask me what the hell does it all mean??? well they can just look at your site! Thankyou!

Just looking at sacred geometry makes me feel beautiful and uplifted. I used to see geometric shapes when I close my eyes, however I never understood it intellectually. Forms must love you that is why you convey them so well. I saw Flower of Life pattern whith my eyes closed, I was in it. What do you think it meant and would being pregnant have anything to do with it. It was exquisite

when the 8th point ... ( 2 months ago by JNdigital)
when the 8th point intersects, nature's first sacred pattern occurs
when the 8th note of a musical scale is reached, a new octave and musical scale begin (at double the pitch)
these 2 phenomenon seem to coincide
this idea mirrors much of the content in the dude's post of William Henry interviewing Michael Hayes on Dreamland

Dannysaysmoo needs to do a LOT of research not just some...
He is completely clueless to the fact that the entire universe is built on this geometry!
There are actually ... ( 2 months ago by asherasator)
There are actually 12 notes to an octave & there are also 5 note scales as well, the 12 note chromatic scale is the true scale all others are nothing but variations.
I suppose the first ... ( 2 months ago by JNdigital)
I suppose the first part of the word octave (oct from 'octo' meaning 8) is why I chose the eight note variation. Other scales may have a different number of notes covering the range of an octave, such as the Arabic classical scale with 17, 19, or even 24 notes (semitones), but the word "octave" is still used.
I would've been more accurate saying "when the 8th note of a P8 (perfect 8 interval octave) is reached, a new scale begins, at double (or half) the frequency of the root note, repeatedly.

asherasator, actually you probably know this but there is no limit to note segregation, only your imagination. the magic is in the patterns tho, because any system will lead to the same ratios.
