thats not a fact, ... ( 1 week ago by c2iabsence)
thats not a fact, its a common misconception that misinformed individuals all over the country who are great perpetrators oh the "it isnt working at the moment so change it" approach. you have posted no facts on how this is Gordon Browns fault, because you dont have a clue about politics clearly, your just jumping on the badnwagon along with everyone else. Brown may not be best for the job, but hes a damn sight better than Cameron. The finiancial crisis is global, not national. Cameron is a joke

Oh dear.
Brown is desperately hoping that the public will be persuaded by the line that all the probs started in the USA and that this will allow him to dodge questions about his weakening of the regulatory structure, the huge levels of debt in the economy and the extent to which he let the City do whatever it wanted because it was covering up the economic failings of the rest of the country.
Have you been away for the past 10 yrs??

This is worth it, isn't it, just to see that funny little grin back on the Prime Minister's face. Forget that the price could be as much as £500 billion of your money, part-nationalised banks, a melted stockmarket, a ruined pension system, a mountain of debt, taxes through the roof and eventually an axe being taken to public expenditure. At least Gordon Brown is enjoying himself.
seems a fair comment

You wanted quotes as the blatently obvious is not good enough.
All these problems have been known about for at least a year in fact in 2002 Brown was warned about house price boom. But said it would cool..
His golden rule is a sham and generations will pay for his blunders...
Are you saying Gordon didn't know ??
had no control ??
what exactly ???
I think its you that have been taken in by the Labour spin machine..things are grim ..

Oh no..Brown was ... ( 1 week ago by brokenbriton)
Oh no..Brown was Chancellor and was warned by many leading financial gurus. In his 1997 Budget speech he said that he would not let house prices to rise unrealistically and that's exactly what he did do. Brown failed to ensure adequate regulation.
Blair was sly though in getting out before it all blew up in Gordon face...

i see the torys are falling in the opinion polls .now in national polls they are generally around 6 to 8 points ahead .which sounds good untill you look at what tend to happen in most elections where the party in power lose around the same amount of points . the shadow chancellors embattled and some cracks are starting to show . it ll be close next time and i dont think either side will win with a huge majority now .

i have my doubts you voted for them before . i think david camerons backing down on the pledge to match labours spending plans shows just how much he cannot be trusted . hes certainly not the man of the people i once thought he was . hes a wolf in sheeps cloathing . if there was an election tomorrow i think he d win . but i have my doubts he ll be able to go to 2010 without showing his true colous
Well. Brown has ... ( 2 days ago by brokenbriton)
Well. Brown has broken every promise.
"No more return to boom and bust".
"British jobs for British people".
" Tough on crime"
"we will not house prices undermine the economy"
"Promised referendum on Europe"
The list is endless. All the hundreds of sneeky taxes, year after year of waste.
Most of all I detest the Orwellian vision NuLabour has pushed us towards.
I voted in 1997 for Blair. You know the anthem " Things can only get better"..Road to nowhere would have been more apt.

He lied, yes. But what can a Conservative do? Conservatives in England are like Republicans in The US. A bunch of fucking political retards with no sense of evolution. Old way people cant keep up with the advancement of times. The only way Right wing people are good are at keeping national security and fighting crime.
Cameron? A joke! ... ( 1 day ago by danielscpfanatic)
Cameron? A joke! What the Conservatives need is a kind of Tony Blair. The Conservatives need to create a "New Conservative Party". New times, new ways.

You are relying to much on the media.
The Labour party have run UK plc aground the Tories are looking for way to get it off the rocks and the Liberals are making very valid suggestions.
The ship had been overladen with taxes and top heavy with useless regulation...We need a new captain and fast

Can someone inform me on what this is that they're doing? Like if it's called anything? I've never seen anything like it in the Italian Parliament or US Congress or anywhere.
