This is hilarious! And a little eerie how well synced the music seems to be with the images; all the more enhanced by the fact that everyone, including Welk himself, appears to be on acid. When you consider that Welk's guitarist Neil Levang once played on a Frank Zappa album I guess something like this performance doesn't seem entirely implausible.
