They kicked ass! I drove 10 hours to see them in Cleveland too. I wish they would have gotten longer to play though, my favorite band ever. Did you get any pics or vids from the show? I called and they said "no cameras" then i get in there and see that everyone has a damn camera. lol

They sound a lot like dragonforce, but the difference between them, and Sonata Arctica, is that Sonata Arctica sounds WAY better, and also sounds really good live. Dragonforce is a studioband, and cannot compare to these guys.

I've seen a few bands mentioned in the comments that I don't like but I won't bash them.
I like Dragonforce, Sonata Arctica, and Dark Moor. They're the best Power metal bands. Manowar is good too.

well, what I'm saying is that they play the same style of music, and they sound the same in terms of music, not the lyrical content. Both bands are good, but Dragonforce does not play their music at the incredible speed that is recorded. Search for them playing live, and you will see what i mean, they are all off beat, and they cannot hit the notes smoothly, whereas SA can. I was not talking about lyrical content, just the speed at which the music is played.
