I like how he is unable to answer your question squarely at the end. Uhh, uhhh. I do not see how it would not be a simple phone call to the state contracted print shop.
I'm inclined to believe fraud was committed unintentionally through government ineptness rather than a huge coverup but that by no means lessens the graveness of the crime.
If you can find standing that they failed to protect or violated individual rights the voters should be able to win a legal case vs the state easily.

He wants to send them the way for the White House emails - up in smoke. This is a shout out to any pissed of patriot, and especially those in NH; if they don't provide what is required for a transparent recount, launch immediate civil action and demand the resignation of those crooked bastards.
