Harry potter was a good series.. the movies butcher the stories though as all movies do to books, but I just wanted to point out that might twilight be the best book you've ever read, BECAUSE you "don't read books"? I mean it's hardly something that brings confidence in your expressed oppinion is it?
Look into teaching your self critical thinking.. it's something that lots and lots of us need to do.

let me explain to you something,the sixth film isn't comeing out becaause, the produecers wanted to repeat the sucsses of the fith film. they will remake it and it will come out in the season of the fantasy films, that means it will come out in the summer. twilight, isn't responsable for the prosponed of harry poter.
please stop complaining, i am crazy for harry poter to, but i think, it will be better to wait and see the best version of the film(but i don't think that they can fix profection.

The Harry Potter movies are made to be the book onscreen, persay, while the Twilight movie was made based on the basic plot of the books. A lot was changed. The movie release dates have nothing to do with how much better one book is than the other, especially considering one isn't even an actual interpretation of the book, anyway. >.>

HAH dont make me laugh, twighlight is terriable! If you actually had the time to sit down and read each of the harry potters, you'd be mistaken. Twighlight is for teenage girls and mainly revolved around a little girl who does nothing but cry when she's not with her lover.

That doesn't make sense. If you don't read, how can Twilight be the best book series you've ever read. Way to contradict yourself. Honestly, most Twilight fans aren't that intelligent. Harry Potter is better than Twilight (in my opinion). Twilight was really boring when I read it. If the Twilight series is your favorite, I suggest reading more books (and since you say you don't read, then you didn't read Harry Potter, which you should to make an accurate comparison between them)

Sorry, no. This movie was delayed in releasing because of the Dark Knight. They did not want to compete with such a popular movie, especially relating to the demise of Heath Ledger.

twilight was supposed to come out in december.
harry potter was supposed to come out the 21st, but they weren't ready, so twilight took it's spot.
twilight didn't scare the harry potter movie away, it just took it's old time slot.
i love both books! (harry potter a bit more :)

ok in my opinion the whole twilight vs. harry potter is retarded. They are both amazing books. The harry potter movies are def better than the twilight movie but the twilight movie was on a low budget cause they didn't think it was gonna get as much feedback as it did so im sure the 2nd one will be better. but all in all i love both series.
