There is no ultimate being, but in my opinion the shark would come the closest. The first bipedal species only came around 2.1 million years ago. Sharks have been here, essentially unchanged, since before the dinosaurs, dating back to 400 mya. It depends on your opinion of ultimate, doesn't it? Every person has a different opinion, which would mean there can really be no "ultimate" species, as the definition of "ultimate" is strictly a perception or opinion.

PS - do you know anything about quantum physics? It might be a good place for you to start to develop some level of intellect.
