I don't think he can seriously claim that Jews invented 98% of all medical science. If this is so why do modern medics regard Hippocrates as the "father of modern medicine?" Hippocrates was from the Greek island of Kos and certainly had nothing to do with Judaism. The truth is all societies have contributed to human medical knowledge and there is no reason to think the Jews were in some way special in this context.
