The name is Schala. She was the princess of Zeal in Chrono Trigger and the big sister of Janus. She gets sucked by a vortex that Lavos created and she gets teleported to the 600AD era near the end of CT.
If anyone cares, Janus's cat is named Alfador. :)

The ending theme was portraying schala who is now in the present time(in the real world) this girl like she lives forever
and still she waits for serge for them to meet each other as what she said in her last letter for him... another place, another time, another story.....
Hope there is a sequel on this game
