Yamaha YZF-R1 in standard set up ride max about 305 km/h. But you can change it. If you do this, acceleration will be slower, but max speed will be higher,otherwise you can install turbo and after that everything will be compare correctly

I am from Serbia and I watched this on tv long time ago. Yamaha was in lead and than something got wrong with its engine , it started to slow down and that's the reason why r1 didn't come in first place.

The Yamaha doesn't have the top speed of the Porsche. Obviously, the jet wins tops speed reaching 300+ by the end of the runway.
