I don't think he acts like no one listens to him. I just think he has a good grasp on the reality of the fact that other politicians don't want to hear what he has to say. You can check out any Republican debate2witness that. Ron Paul is not part of the system of corruption that all other politicians are part of. He was not playing the game and therefor got "made fun of" by other politicans. We see as News Casts continue to pull him in for answers, that he truly is the man with solutions.
