i kinda agree with you but then again, i'm sure honda can make a v6 w/ great fuel efficiency, plus like he said it will feel a lot smoother on the highway, although i don't think that's why people buy the s2k. lol. so it's a toss up. lol.

Yea, most people buy the S2K for its sporty feel. Yea Honda can pull off a V6 with fuel efficiency, but Honda cars are pretty fast already with just an Inline4, Like s2k, SI, tsx, and such. A V6 can work but knowing honda they might just keep the same engine or bump up the HP.

The Prius is great for the environment ∫greatness(whatever greatness is derived from...I think Solomon tech. invented this drive or a bunch of college students in Florida not sure). In any case the only drawback(wouldn't call it a problem as long as it's your mom driving it) is that you have to accelerate really slowly in order to not use the batteries. So people turn right on a red light and accelerate for like ten mins to get to 45mph. I like my ride tuned toward the gas guzzling sport mode

you know why people hate the prius? Because at the end of the day it only really gets the best mileage if you only use it in towns, but then you may as well walk/cycle/public transport and you only use the eletric motor. For normal driving there are diesels that overall will do a lot better. Fossil fueld & other technologies are getting better. If they can make small affordable eletric stuff that can keep up with normal trafic then people wont dislike it so much.

In case you didn't notice, no one buys a Prius for speed. They are great cars for what they are built for, getting great MPG. Again the current Prius is in its 5th year and still sells at FULL MSRP, not to mention they are flying off dealer lots.

Problem with diesels is their emissions. Clean diesels are on their way however here in California diesel fuel is more expensive that regular petrol. Diesels may be more efficient than hybrids but the cost difference between diesel fuel and regular petrol hinder their actual savings.
