Have not even watched the video that has to do with what I can do... You won't even give my work a chance before deciding it is all garbage. Really sad because the main tool here is self trust... not trust in me! But then, this sort of does prove you don't really trust you that much... why need to prove everyone else wrong. If you watched honestly, you might discover something!

As long as the tools are seen as tools and not answers, they all work to expand life and our understanding of ourselves. Sadly, most people only want magic pills, easy outs, and quick fixes. When we sell out ourselves to those things, we actually lose ourselves. Aura reading, Reiki, Healing, and the rest (including every video here under lilsage369) are simply tools. Like a hammer, you can use it to bash and destroy things, or build a beautiful mansion... it's all in how you use it!

That thing about "walking on the floor" i´ve been doing it since I was 10 LOL. It really creeped me out in the beginning because there were feelings and sensations that made me feel uncomfortable with the person I thought I was back then, but when one gets 2 the root of those feelings, one usually finds out that the reasons why one is having those feelings are not irreversible or catastrophical facts or thoughts or etc. It got fun after a while, I used to tell friends its a game they should play

Keep going with it... still at the beginning stages of the exercise. As a hint... it doesn't matter what others are doing and/or why they are doing it. It only matters what you're doing and why you are doing it. Everything else is but a distraction to hide yourself from yourself.
