Part one is missing because it includes classified information not to be released to the public.The feeling in academic circles seems to be if the true nature of Dark Matter were known it could cause a panic.

Of course they will say it was suicide or the brakes failed.The truck ran out of control,or I have simply "gone missing".If they say...I went for "a walk" and they subsequently find me in a field with my wrists cut having swallowed a bottle of paracetamol then you know something is wrong...but they've used that one alot lately so I doubt they will use it again for a while.

The thing which is coming is a super intense radiation storm which can fry most everything on the surface and many organisms in the sea except for extreme depths. The good thing is it will be only for a short duration. The bad thing is it will kill +95% of everything on the surface.
