In a bar with people you call your friends, watching them running off to the bathroom, a special drug in hand. Absolutely in need of a drink, a way to "escape" the pain (though drinking actually adds to it), but you've been drinking so much, you know you need to stop. However...you're begging yourself for a drink. So you're trapped, alone, and in need of a viewing of the outside world that you're sure you'll never get.
