keep it up, it is all about self-worth and how you appreciate and value yourself. it is funny how people will spend money on there cars ,houses and clothes and so forth, but will not spend money on quality foods and nutrition to better there health. I am so happy for you.

I suggest removing as much processed sugar, flour, and potatoes from your diet as you can stand, then slowly wean yourself from them. Eventually, you'll be able to enjoy them once in a while for a treat, instead of craving them every day. If you eat carbs, make them whole grain. This lifestyle change is supposed to be the most healthy for blood pressure, cholesterol level, diabetes, weight loss. I also switched to coconut oil 2 years ago, and it has made a huge difference when I fry or bake.

I'm too long-winded, I know. Try to avoid artificial sweeteners as much as you can, too. Especially in diet soda. Make small changes one at a time if you feel deprived.
Of course, I think you're gorgeous. But the fact that you want to get healthier is reason enough for me to cheer you on.

True, weight loss is a lifestyle change or else you will gain the weight right back. You have to say "you know what self, i'm all that" and I don't have any business eating wrong because I am to good for this." once you get your mind in that place, weight loss will be a breeze, because you see yourself differently all-together.

You're wild! lol!I love your makeup. :-) I have no kids either and I have stretch marks but on my butt cuz my weight has always been up and down. i am was on a diet and lost 30lbs in 3 monthes then stopped the dieting and in 5 months i have put 10 of them back on so i started the diet again monday to get those 10lbs plus 15 more

I know you can do, if you make a lifestyle change. Start doing some of the things that you want to be able to do once you lose weight.
and eat as though you are already at your goal weight, and you are just maintaining your weight.
I'm doing that, I seem to be losing weight...I don't have any videos on here though.

Stretch marks come from,gaining,losing weight too fast or growth spurts from childhood--the skin doesn't have time to catch up with the persons height.

start smoking and drink lots of coffee ;) or just drink coffee. i think that if you drink coffee to every meal it would kill some appetite.
