If corporations can just pass all their taxes to consumers, why are jobs currently being shipped over seas, when business tax rates are relatively low, and corp. tax breaks are high? sales tax is state mandated, income tax is under federal control. I don't mean to be rude, but you should educate yourself on academic economics (not fox news) and basic tax law before you speak about them.
