Only in touph times will the hones guy get elected. Just look at Winstin Churchill. He told people in England about Hitler in the 1930s and was not elected until after Hitler attacked Poland and etc. And of course after WW2 gues what Winston Churchill is pushed to the side. So Ron Paul might be the next president unfortunately when the USA enters a economic collapse or something close to chaos. One way or another truth will come out!

Fellow Americans, we cannot let McCain into the White House. Even if you don't trust/like Obama, you have to realize that McCain is just Bush 2.0. McCain voted 90% of the time with Bush, and if you don't believe me just Google it and find out for yourself. If we have 4 more years of Bush/McCain the economy will collapse, we will start more wars that we cannot afford and most of all we will lose our true freedom. Voting for Obama may not be winning, but it sure is better than losing.

I've had the time to develop a relationship with Ron Paul. I trust Dr. Paul, and I want him as my next president. I'm writing in Ron Paul and I really wish that he would just accept that many of us are going to do the same. I think it is too late to change our minds now; instead of resisting and creating splinters in the vote volume(NOW of all times) please just stand up and accept the support without division. Check your state's regulations about write-in votes before you hit the booths!

If you get rid of the Federal Reserve you can get rid of the income tax which exists for the sole purpose of transferring wealth to the central bankers. As someone who is pro Israel I even agree with him about cutting off Israel, because America hinders Israel from doing the right thing. As long as America keeps trading with Israel, Israel can take care of herself.

Well, I'm not backing Nader or McKinney. I think they're both nuts. If RP was running I'd cast my ballot for him, but sadly he decided to stay out of it this year.
I'm still waiting for there to be an actual third party, not just a bunch of independent candidates. I think they should have united like RP said. Maybe then they'd be strong enough to be heard.
I think right now could be a 3rd party's golden moment, because of this bailout and the anger it's stirring up. They should use it.

You just don't get it do you? What is Obama offering different with the economy? He voted for the same bailout that Bush and McCain voted for. Raising taxes on anyone, rich or poor or raising taxes on the rich and giving the money to the poor cause more ecconomic problems so McCain is better since he will lower taxes. Obama has no different views on the war as he voted to increase Iraq funding and has full plans for Iran and Pakistan.
Obama is more of the same!

My Heart is with Ron Paul but my mind knows the Government has gone too far with far too many political dependencies to give us our liberty back.
Thou I think his foreign policy would result in Ciaos until some other major power took control. (Hopefully a friendly one like Brittan was pre-world war 2).
Id be willing to give it a try if he was viable. but Congress would simply get a workable supermajority and simply overwrite him.
