Falling off a motorcycle is far more serious than some people here realize. It's quite possible that stopping like that could be considered a felony. Inside a cage, with seat belts and air bags is one thing, having a 700 pound bike fall on you at any speed is life threatening. That being said, the biker was a total pussy. He might have even rented that Yamaha. Double douche.
