It should be directed at Hamas, a terrorist organization that launched hundreds of unprovoked rocket attacks on Israel and its innocent civilians. These attacks came from populated areas and the terrorists base themselves in populated areas as well. In order to do anything about it, Israel must go into those populated areas. That is a well documented fact. You can't just shake these facts out of your head. It is Israel who are in contravention of more UN resolutions than any other country.
