its not shaolin kung fu. its called tricking, which is basically martial arts mixed with gymnastics, usually characterized by its airborne moves of considerable difficulty. It has no use in real fights, but you have to be very good in your basics to pull of all these, hence they must have a mastery of normal martial arts before transiting into this.

XMA is a general term with little background that doesn't really mean anything.
It even says it twice at the beginning. It's martial arts Tricking.
