Video Description:
This is the first of a series of videos of Cut Chemist performing LIVE @ The Sound Garden in Baltimore, Maryland. This video was shot around July 2006 and all together runs around 27 minutes. Sorry for the shaky camera work, but the music more than makes up for it. Sadly, one of the CDJ's that Cut was using wouldnt go into the mode that he needed it in, so he couldnt perform a bunch of his "tricks". he does just fine only using vinyl =)

what i really dig about cut chemist is he spins really relaxed. alot of djs/turntablists look like they are trying way to hard. i know its difficult.. i spin my self but for myself if im relaxed i spin better but if i try to rush and get records on the platter really fast to be in time with my sample on the other record i'll fuck up. but i have noticed CUT has toned it down abit
