An instructional video for the most basic form of juggling three clubs in a cascade pattern.
Although you can purchase a set of 3 cheap clubs for $20-$30, if you're serious about club juggling it's worth spending $25-$30 per club, in my opinion.
Many people refer to "clubs" as "pins" and for some wacky reason this seems to upset some jugglers. My theory, if you pay $30 a piece for something, it officially gives you the right to call it whatever you want. Also, considering that the majority of people on the planet are non-jugglers and refer to them as "pins" I don't see why people care. I hope you don't mind me to point out that catching the clubs near the center of the club also promotes a faster juggle...if one tries to catch each club near the end of the handle, later on some harder tricks will come more naturally because you are actually using less wrist to create the spins....your forarm momentum should do that :) This might slow down the juggle but for some tricks this is necessary to be able to do: for backcrosses, chops, mills mess, takeouts, crotch throws!

I bought a $20 set to learn with a few days ago since I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get the hang of clubs. They're much more challenging than the balls! Holy cow! I haven't practiced very much yet and can only manage 3 or 4 successful catches in a pattern, but I think I am getting the hang of it. Thanks SO MUCH for taking the time to make these videos. Free lessons that are this good are like presents ^_^

you're welcome! and i started with a set of cheap $20 clubs too, just to see if i liked 'em or not. Clubs are the hardest prop to juggle, but a lot of basic 3club tricks can be learned within a few months practice. I might make some more club tutorials soon, but the truth is... i still kinda suck at clubs.

i like how you talk about the clubs being called "pins" by non-jugglers, that was funny how you put it. yeah, a lot of jugglers blow a gasket when someone calls them a pin. just educate them politely and move on, that's all you need to do.
