We recently did a project on relaxation techniques and therapies in my Health class, and Tracy and I chose humor therapy as our topic. Part of the project involved a demonstration, so I put this together for the class.
Included are the comedians Ellen Degeneres, Mitch Hedburg, Demetri Martin, and Eddie Izzard. These are just samples. This is not intended for profit. If you like what you see of them here, I encourage you to go out and purchase their CDs or DVDs.
