Yeah she walk in. It's part of the game. I played it in Xbox 360 and manage to kiss her : ). To have her kissing Sam, you need to enter her door from outside before she walks in. Read the walk thur on this level from the game website.

Yes! Instead of leaving his office via the usual way (the door) you jump out from the catwalk and climb back to enrica' bedroom. Do it fast before she came in her room.
