i dont think they are any different than hunters, maybe a little stronger in their one hit kills and speed but they come in pairs and are simply harder to kill. at least they can be shot and killed from anywhere unlike hunters. so i think the game creators should of kept them in...

the juggernaut flood were cut and are nearly invincible they can survive up to 4 plasmas each and the come in groups from 1 to 9

yeah tell me about it and no vidsonly, the juggernauts were going to appear in hunter pairs or in the case of the level "oracle" only one.
and on quarantine zone 3 were to burst through that tunnel by the crashed sentinel factory
