Good for her. While you cannot effectively monitor the use of illegals for "day labor",whcih is huge here with the endless contruction,going after some of the larger businesses first,especially the national chains would have a pretty rapid impact.

True True - We need to enforce laws, and yet have some humanity for those here. It is hard to give benefits for those here illegally, when many of us cannot receive the equal help, yet there are children involved - This is truly a tough issue.

If they stop spending, AZ economy will head south. Eventually it will impact everyone here even if u r a low-skilled blue collar worker thinking u'll magically get better wages if all the illegals leave. When businesses start to shrink with the economy, U will get fired. W/ the new law, POWERPLANTS and HOSPITALS can be SHUT DOWN in Az if in violation of the new law. Imagine no A/C in AZ and your surgery gets aborted because of one bad hiring.

There is nothing Racist about trying to stop illegal immigration. It is not about Race, it is about economics. The U.S. economy is beginning to fall. I am very much against ILLEGAL immigration. If you want to become a citizen you must pay taxes, go through a background check, and become documented.
